Key Responsibilities
• Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and create recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate technical, managerial, and client interviews.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate salary, release dates, and employment terms.
• Roll out offers and ensure successful candidate onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

THE POSITION 

We are looking for a Chief Agentic Systems Architect to spearhead the evolution of a 10+ year legacy codebase into a modern, agent-ready, high-velocity platform.

This position lives at the crossroads of systems architecture, AI agent orchestration, and engineering oversight. You will define system design patterns, MCP interfaces, and intelligent context layers that enable LLMs and autonomous agents to safely refactor, validate, and deploy production code with limited human oversight.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Designing Systems for Agent Operability

  • Break down legacy monolithic architectures into modular, agent-navigable systems with well-defined boundaries and clear single responsibilities

  • Drive phased modernization using the Strangler Pattern, encapsulating legacy logic within contemporary, contract-driven interfaces

  • Champion SOLID principles, Dependency Injection, and Hexagonal Architecture to support deterministic AI execution and reduce regression exposure

Agentic Platform & MCP Strategy

  • Design and manage the agent context layer, including standardized Skills, Rules, and Commands that power AI-driven engineering workflows

  • Develop and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that surface legacy APIs, services, and databases as typed, secure, AI-ready tools

  • Own contract-first API design as the foundational bridge between human goals and autonomous agent execution

Technical Governance & AI Output Quality

  • Serve as the architectural authority over AI-generated pull requests, with accountability for scalability, security, and long-term code health

  • Establish test-driven development (TDD) and characterization testing as non-negotiable practices to safeguard legacy behavior through refactoring

  • Continuously monitor and tune agentic reasoning pipelines to optimize for cost efficiency, execution speed, and architectural soundness

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 15+ years of experience in software architecture, platform engineering, or senior technical leadership

  • A track record of successfully modernizing complex, underdocumented legacy systems

  • Deep hands-on proficiency with TypeScript, .NET, and Node.js

  • Strong foundation in API design, distributed systems, and modular software architecture

  • Practical familiarity with agentic development workflows, MCP, LLM tooling, or AI-augmented engineering

  • A strong inclination toward clean, deterministic, production-ready code

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience leading or collaborating within geographically distributed teams

Automation Test Engineer

We are looking for an Automation Test Engineer with 2 - 3 years of experience who has hands-on expertise in Selenium and working familiarity with Playwright. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain automated test suites, collaborate closely with the QA and development teams, and help strengthen our regression and functional testing coverage.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver
• Support and contribute to test automation using Playwright where applicable
• Execute automated regression suites and analyse test results
• Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution using JIRA/ODO
• Collaborate with QA analysts and developers to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks (Page Object Model)
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Prepare test execution reports and communicate status to the QA Lead/Management.

Required Skills
• 2 years of hands-on experience in test automation
• Expert-level proficiency in Selenium WebDriver (Java or Python bindings)
• Working familiarity with Playwright (willing to grow expertise)
• Strong understanding of Java or JavaScript fundamentals
• Familiarity with Test case design, defect lifecycle, version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)
